• Execute the reimbursement strategy by mapping the EU reimbursement landscape aligned with currently marketed brands and pipeline products in the urology area. • Build Governmental Relations (GR) in key markets. • Support commercial on implementing & communicating reimbursement changes and decisions. • Manage, coordinate, utilize and further develop health economics. • Monitor and analyse policy developments, healthcare reforms, and reimbursement framework changes in major EU markets. • Lead pricing and reimbursement activities in Europe, including development and/or adaptation of national level submissions as required, to include but not limited to dossier preparation, HTA navigation, coding applications and negotiations with national or regional authorities. • Provide input into launch planning, ensuring alignment between commercial, medical, and regulatory teams. • Provide input to regional and local strategic planning processes, ensuring market access is well represented and understood at EU level. • Cooperate with Head of Global Market Access in developing and implementing global strategy. • Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders (e.g., payers, HTA bodies, policy makers, physician societies, government bodies). • Partner with local affiliates to adapt market access strategies to national contexts. • Represent the company with relevant industry associations and policy discussions where appropriate. • Collaborate with global and regional teams (and external consultants where appropriate), to generate HEOR data. • Translate clinical and economic evidence into compelling reimbursement arguments tailored to national systems. • Support real-world evidence (RWE) projects and post-launch studies to demonstrate cost-effectiveness, health outcomes and value. • Adapt, advance or develop as needed, Budget Impact Models (BIM) for use in different countries. • Provide training and strategic guidance to local teams on reimbursement, pricing, and health policy issues. • Support product launch initiatives, e.g. the global Flex Launch, with necessary market access initiatives. • Develop and manage market access budgets on a European level. • Support Global Head of Market access as required.
• Management of customers and sales of Hexvix and other Photocure products in Norway • Engage with established customer base and acquire new customers • Follow-up sales trends and market share development • Prepare in-depth market & customer analysis • Collaborate with marketing on project-related basis
• Serve as a key member of the Medical Affairs Organization and report directly to the Head of Medical Affairs Europe • Liaise and build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) • Execute global medical strategy • Develop and maintain expertise in Urology and bladder cancer • Perform compliance reviews of marketing materials • Lead/participate on special project teams as necessary
• Deliver a Territory Business Plan • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key Urology decision makers and other healthcare providers with assigned accounts • Exhibit proficiency in discussing and demonstrating the company’s product and understanding of related device/equipment partners • Maintain a high profile with decision-makers of the assigned strategic accounts • Promote, facilitate, and conduct required customer training programs • Manage sales promotion related to assigned territory • Complete all administrative duties (CRM input, expense reporting, etc.) in a timely fashion and work within specified budget • Adhere to promotional guidelines and corporate code of conduct policies • Work collaboratively with promotional marketing partners • Attend Urological industry meetings as needed
