Product Engineering Intern, Summer 2026
Presence
• Participate in user research and design reviews, translating clinician and school partner feedback into actionable improvements • Design and build features for the tools clinicians and school administrators use every day—improving workflows, usability, and outcomes for students • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope, prototype, and ship meaningful features from concept to delivery • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate ideas and gather early feedback from real users • Work with product data (SQL) to surface insights that inform prioritization and product decisions • Rethink existing product experience with AI-native workflows.
Job Requirements
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (anticipated graduation in 2027 or 2028)
- Proficient in Claude Code, Figma Make and/or Loveable through coursework, personal projects, or prior internships
- Available to work up to 25 hours per week
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Enthusiasm for remote work and “cameras on” collaboration.
- Previous internship or project experience in edtech, healthtech, or a consumer-facing product environment (preferred)
- Experience working with or building tools for non-technical end users (e.g., educators, clinicians, administrators) (preferred)
- Experience contributing to a product or engineering team in an agile environment (preferred)
