• Maintains and updates the fixed asset ledgers using Sage FAS software • Prepares and monitors monthly depreciation expense and reconciles fixed asset accounts • Ensures accurate capitalization in accordance with company policy and IFRS • Supports annual fixed asset audits and physical inventory counts • Maintains monthly lease amortization schedules and reconciles lease liability and right-of-use asset balances
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience with strong accounting skills
- Experience with Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics or equivalent accounting software
- Experience with Sage FAS (Fixed Asset Software)
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
