We are seeking an experienced Third Party Integration Project Manager (PM) to support Phase 2 of an enterprise-wide Epic deployment. This phase includes the rollout of Epic across ambulatory, behavioral health, and home health/hospice service lines. The Third Party PM will lead the planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of all third-party system integrations required to ensure seamless interoperability between Epic and external applications, devices, vendors, and partner systems.
