Sales Partnership Coordinator
Convelo Insurance Group
• Provide day to day servicing to Producers as needed including marketing expertise and general support/assistance. • Maintain awareness of the insurance marketplace and insurance company underwriting guidelines, appetites, and programs. • Work in collaboration with the Retail Placement Director and staff. • Assist with maintaining and formatting exposure schedules, preparing & reviewing applications, obtaining loss runs and creating loss summaries. • Research/investigate issues as needed (for instance, Experience Modification Factor changes) • Set up new prospects and opportunities in proprietary system. • Prepare audit, benchmarking, and proposal information for new business opportunities. • Continuous, clear, and professional verbal and written communication is necessary with clients, carriers, and internal team members. Other similar tasks, as assigned. • Responsible for learning, understanding, and adhering to our internal timelines, protocols and workflows.
Job Requirements
- 4-year College Degree, preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferred.
- Experience with workers compensation, commercial package, general liability, auto liability, professional liability, property insurance coverages, and personal lines of business preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the P&C carrier market, lines of business, and coverages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Attention to detail, take ownership of your work and make sure it is accurate.
- Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous deadlines.
- Investigative mindset.
- Service-oriented, understands how to anticipate internal and external client needs and make it easy for them to conduct their business.
