This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored roofing solutions that enhance their homes. Responsibilities: - Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer roofing needs and preferences. - Present and explain roofing products, services, and financing options to potential clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals. - Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals based on customer requirements. - Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively. - Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution. - Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape. - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success. - Actively source self generated leads Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement or construction. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. - Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales goals. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings. - Some working knowledge with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus. - High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. - Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow.
