Data, Site & UX Associate Location: Full-time remote worker Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 Overview Poets&Quants is seeking a Data, Site & UX Associate to support the performance, optimization, and user experience of our suite of digital platforms — including Poets&Quants.com, P&Q for Executives, and P&Q for Undergrads. This role blends technical website management, analytics, and data-driven insight to help shape how our audience interacts with the brand and how we deliver on client and campaign goals. You’ll work closely with the Operations, Editorial, and Commercial teams to ensure the site runs smoothly, data is accurate and actionable, and user experience improvements are consistently implemented. Key Responsibilities 1. Site & User Experience • Maintain and optimize P&Q’s digital platforms for performance, usability, and SEO. • Oversee UX and navigation updates across desktop and mobile, ensuring intuitive user journeys and clean design implementation. • Conduct regular site QA and audits, flagging and fixing issues related to broken links, outdated content, and accessibility. • Support landing page and campaign hub builds, ensuring pages are optimized for conversions and integrated with tracking tools. 2. Data & Analytics • Manage Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and other tracking tools to monitor site traffic, audience behavior, and campaign performance. •Create dashboards and reports that summarize trends, user engagement, and client campaign results for both internal and external use. • Ensure all analytics tagging, UTM parameters, and data collection systems are functioning correctly and consistent across platforms. 3. Optimization & Insights • Use data to identify opportunities to improve site performance, lead capture, and user retention. • A/B test layout, calls-to-action, and content presentation to improve engagement. • Collaborate with Commercial and Editorial teams to align site content and design with audience insights and campaign goals. • Track and analyze SEO performance, recommending adjustments in metadata, content strategy, or internal linking. 4. Support & Compliance • Assist with technical requests and access management for WordPress, HubSpot, and Google Workspace. • Support compliance and privacy efforts (GDPR, cookies, data access). Qualifications • Experience in digital operations, data analytics, or UX (media or marketing environment preferred), and performance monitoring • Site administration, content specialist experience. Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). • Working knowledge of WordPress, HubSpot, and HTML/CSS basics, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). • Contributes to process improvement, is aware of continuous improvement strategies • Aware of problem solving tools, demonstrates awareness of problem solving tools • Digital savvy, stays on top of current trends and tech, interest in digital technology • Be a self-directed learner, and have experience working remotely, self managing time etc P&Q has established a reputation for well-reported and highly creative stories on the things that matter most to the graduate business education market, from candid critiques of MBA rankings and in-depth coverage of MBA outcomes to innovative changes in MBA programs and the impact technology is having on higher education. Overview The Clinical Data Analyst I is responsible for the analysis of patient data in accordance with laboratory processes, in a high throughput environment. The Clinical Data Analyst I must demonstrate competency, as defined in the department’s training program, prior to performing independent work. This position will work with department management and quality team members to ensure that data analysis activities are defined, documented, and completed to support inspection readiness and that compliance is maintained through procedures, training, documentation, and continuous improvement projects. Shift: Wednesday-Sunday 8:00am-4:00pm Pay: Starting at $28.80/hr, plus an additional $3/hr on Saturday and Sunday Responsibility - Analyzes raw data for patient testing results, including input of analysis parameters according to SOPs, and performs high-complexity analysis and interpretation of patient genetic variants using custom software. - Makes judgment calls for individual samples, confirming or overwriting automated calls, and uploads them to the data analysis software. Uses independent judgment to assess data quality, distinguish noise from real variants, and correctly identifies and names variants in each assay, maintaining error and requeue rates within departmental standards. - Determines if re-work is required and what type of re-work.
