Co-Active Training Institute
• Convert inbound leads into customers by effectively communicating the value of our coach training and leadership programs. • Guide prospective candidates for our coach training and leadership programs through the registration process, ensuring a seamless experience. • Respond promptly and professionally to questions from potential candidates and participants, providing accurate information and addressing their concerns. • Embody the ethos of Co-Active customer support and channel it in every interaction. • Follow up with current customers to identify and offer additional opportunities that meet their needs and enhance their experience with our programs. • Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads and customers to ensure efficient follow-up and accurate reporting. • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach. • Stay updated on our program offerings and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to leads and customers. • Achieve individual and team conversion targets and contribute to overall sales and revenue goals. • A commitment to streamlining processes and suggesting solutions to inefficiencies as a means to providing a top notch customer experience. • Occasional availability outside of normal working hours, for example, to support webinars
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in inbound or consultative sales, including a proven track record of closing sales, preferably in education, coaching, training, learning & development, or professional services.
- Ability to manage a high volume of conversations (calls, email, follow-ups) while staying organized and responsive.
- Demonstrated ability to qualify inbound leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) or an equivalent framework.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving growth
- Experience selling to HR, L&D, OD, or Talent leaders is highly desirable.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and digital sales tools.
- Self-directed and accountable, able to manage time effectively, prioritize inbound demand, and hit conversion targets.
- Represent the company at webinars to elevate brand awareness and connect with potential clients.
- Contribute to the refinement of sales assets and messaging.
