Community Manager

• Launch and steward our global online community from the ground up • Supported by the platform vendor, our full service technology team, and cross-functional teams within the org, set up, administer and optimize a large-scale digital community platform • Design and facilitate online and in-person engaging community experiences that foster connection, learning, and participation • Connect with grassroots community leaders around the globe to integrate into our community strategy • Actively host the space: welcoming members, sparking conversations, and nurturing relationships • Monitor community health and dynamics, using sound judgment to respond and intervene appropriately • Experiment continuously with new formats, rituals, and engagement strategies • Bring structure and organization to community operations, content, and workflows • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the community supports broader organizational goals • Support a global member base, including occasional non-standard working hours • You will help surface patterns, insights, and opportunities from the community that evolve and improve the community experience over time, and directly influence strategic decisions across the organization. • Oversee and manage governance and escalation procedures and policies; partner with IT and internal partners to maintain user information, system processes and content deployment • Monitor key performance indicators to measure community engagement, and establish and maintain quarterly reporting

• Convert inbound leads into customers by effectively communicating the value of our coach training and leadership programs. • Guide prospective candidates for our coach training and leadership programs through the registration process, ensuring a seamless experience. • Respond promptly and professionally to questions from potential candidates and participants, providing accurate information and addressing their concerns. • Embody the ethos of Co-Active customer support and channel it in every interaction. • Follow up with current customers to identify and offer additional opportunities that meet their needs and enhance their experience with our programs. • Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads and customers to ensure efficient follow-up and accurate reporting. • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach. • Stay updated on our program offerings and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to leads and customers. • Achieve individual and team conversion targets and contribute to overall sales and revenue goals. • A commitment to streamlining processes and suggesting solutions to inefficiencies as a means to providing a top notch customer experience. • Occasional availability outside of normal working hours, for example, to support webinars

Product Owner – Coaching Track

• Works with Faculty Development team to ensure smooth content delivery of Coach Training Pathway courses • Helps design and create the process around iteration of product timelines and other product elements to fit current market demands for the duration of the contract, in service of current market needs. • Works closely with the Learning Designer to iterate and update online learning spaces for Coach Training Pathway. • Participates in relevant cross-functional and design working sessions & meetings to gain context, inform their work, and alignment on active projects • Understands ICF requirements, and pays attention to how CTI is integrating these competencies into our design work. • Iteration, feedback, helping tighten things up from MVP state to a more solidified product • Going to all meetings for all specific teams representing Product • Going through everything on the coach training path that is student or faculty-facing, making suggestions to improve educational delivery • Communicate Co-Active experience towards different stakeholders in the business
