Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in wealth management, RIA, or broker-dealer environments.
  • Hands-on experience with custodial platforms such as Charles Schwab and/or Fidelity.
  • Proven track record in client-facing financial services roles.
  • Strong understanding of investment account structures and financial planning workflows.
  • Proficiency in end-to-end account lifecycle management, including openings, transfers, maintenance, and closures.
  • Advanced ability to prepare and review client documentation with high accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, portfolio management software, and document management tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills, with particular strength in Excel/Sheets.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with custodians to resolve operational issues efficiently.
