Manager, Corporate Account Implementations
Internova Travel Group
• Responsible for the implementation of new and re-established GTC client accounts • Successful deployment and management of all client facing solutions within the Global Travel Collection capabilities and products • Work closely with Business Development, Product Integration and Travel Technology team members, corporate clients and GTC Travel Advisors in project management • Efficiently communicate and define Implementation Plan to all stakeholders • Initiate, manage and take ownership of strategic dialogues with potential and existing clients • Track and deliver weekly project timelines and issues lists to manage client expectations • Provide assistance for securing negotiated corporate rate hotel properties on behalf of corporate clients • Deliver consultation on preferred vendor consultation and configuration of all product vendor management features.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3–7+ years of experience in corporate travel, account management, or project implementation
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., GDS, online booking tools like Concur, Emburse, Deem, etc.)
- Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Knowledge of GTC company vetted third party tools such as Safe to Go, Power BI, Conferma.
