INTRODUCTION: We are seeking a talented Client Training Specialist to join the ABC Fitness team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering remote and onsite training and education to clients of ABC Fitness, ensuring they are proficient in using our products and services. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Conduct remote training sessions and onsite education based on client needs and business models. - Provide follow-up training and support as requested by clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate configuration, hardware setup, data conversion, and educational materials. - Offer recommendations to leadership based on client feedback, departmental requirements, product architecture, resources, cost, quality, and delivery timelines. - Communicate with management staff in supporting departments to ensure consistency of processes and procedures. - Document and summarize client interactions and outstanding issues comprehensively. - Complete special projects as assigned. - Coordinate and schedule single or multiple training sessions with clients. - Manage personal work calendar effectively to maximize client training time. - Manage business travel efficiently. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: - 1+ years of customer service experience preferred. - Experience in training and education preferred. - Education or certification in training and education beneficial. - Work-from-home experience beneficial. AND IT’S GREAT TO HAVE: - Strong linear troubleshooting skills, reasoning ability, and a practical approach to solving client concerns. - Working understanding of training and education principles. - Comfortable training in both 1:1 and classroom environments. - Maintain strong industry and content knowledge of all ABC products. - Highly detail-oriented with the ability to make sound decisions. - Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities. - Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities. - Willingness to travel out of state or country as business needs require. - Flexibility and dependability.
