What this job involves: Join our Project Delivery Services (PDS) team where you'll be the operational backbone supporting project management excellence across our client accounts. This role combines technical system administration with strategic process management, offering you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge project management technology while ensuring data quality and operational consistency. You'll be at the center of enabling project teams to deliver exceptional results through robust systems, clear processes, and insightful reporting that drives client success. What your day-to-day will look like: • Manage technology systems including onboarding new Project Managers to JLL's Project Management Information System and relevant client platforms, providing ongoing training and troubleshooting support • Monitor data quality across PDS and client systems, reporting on technology adoption and working with delivery teams to correct errors and maintain system integrity • Conduct technical onboarding of PDS teams on client-specific processes including invoice workflows, project deliverables, templates, and approval stage gates • Review project documentation prepared by Project Management teams to ensure compliance with client processes and templates, conducting regular account health checks • Maintain centralized document control through the PMO Centre of Excellence, keeping templates, guidance notes, and lessons learned current and accessible • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as directed by PMO Lead, managing on-account trackers for project approvals, purchase orders, contracts, and lessons learned • Support account finance activities by reviewing invoices for accuracy, tracking invoice status, and interfacing with client finance systems as required • Analyze project performance against KPIs including budget compliance, program adherence, satisfaction surveys, and risk reporting while assisting with project benchmarking • Facilitate communication activities within the account and prepare meeting records as directed Required Qualifications: • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and data analysis • Strong skills in document management including version control, naming conventions, file sharing, and archiving • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, collation, and tracking activities • Experience using collaboration tools such as project management information systems, Microsoft Teams, and cloud-based document management platforms • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail • Strong time management abilities with capacity to multitask and manage multiple concurrent assignments Preferred Qualifications: • Proactive approach to role delivery with strong problem-solving skills • Adaptability and flexibility to changing work priorities and deadlines • Ability to work effectively as part of virtual teams across varied backgrounds and locations • Experience facilitating cross-cultural communication, particularly across Asia • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet reporting deadlines • Experience in project finance activities and client finance system interfaces • Knowledge of project benchmarking methodologies and KPI frameworks This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
