Senior Analyst, Business Analytics
CVS Health
• Supporting drug pricing initiatives aimed at driving efficient pricing to our members for Commercial, Medicaid, Med D, and other Lines of Business. • Reviewing MAC prices and communicate recommendations to the client • Responding to client requests for information and reports • Establishing and implementing MAC prices • Performing QC steps to confirm the accuracy of price updates • Developing a core understanding of drug pricing, underwriting, network pharmacy performance, and PBM operations • Identifying opportunities for process and documentation improvements • Collaborating with both the client and internal business partners as needed to accomplish required tasks
Job Requirements
- 3+ years work experience in underwriting, network provider relations, finance or analytics.
- SAS, SQL or Python experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work independently
- 1+ year experience in healthcare, pharmacy or PBM preferred
- Strong organizational skills & time management
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
- Possess a desire to learn and grow through tackling new challenges
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Experience with business intelligence
- Innovative thinker who is not afraid to propose new ideas and alternative solutions to a problem
- History of problem solving and decision-making skills
- Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Understanding of how a PBM works

This role involves reviewing submission packages, leveraging mortgage industry software, and facilitating the condo approval process to ensure compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications: Minimum two years’ experience in the mortgage industry. Experience with FHA, VA, and Conventional loan processes. Familiarity with Encompass or similar mortgage industry software. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptable to changing environments and regulatory requirements. Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to: Perform basic analysis of condo project documentation to determine project eligibility for FHA, VA, and Conventional financing. Utilize Encompass or similar systems to manage and track project status, submission packages, and approval processes. Support senior team members in training initiatives and condo approval processes.
