Deal Desk Analyst
Optro
• Provide expert guidance to the Sales field and Customer Success in the areas of deal structuring, pricing, redlining and contract management • Participate in deal reviews with Sales/Sales Leadership to help drive Account-Level strategy on pricing/deal structuring • Ensure deals are structured and processed efficiently and align with company policies • Review, interpret, and confirm contract terms and conditions; work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate • Verify compliance with internal policies • Responsible for drafting, modifying, and finalizing contracts including new, add-on, and upsell business for Cloud Subscription Services • Review and approve deals for Optro customers and prospects • Anticipate issues and initiate actions to resolve them using professional judgment and concepts, company policies, and procedures • Deal with day-to-day queries from Sales, and Account Management teams on Optro’s quoting tools and/or CRM system • Participate in testing, as requested, to support quoting tool enhancements • Support Sales enablement through new hire training initiatives and ad hoc training requests as needed • Independently drive efficiency and process improvements • Support commercial projects on an as-needed basis
Job Requirements
- Requires a 4-year college degree
- A minimum of 3 years professional experience in Deal Desk in a SaaS company.
- A bias towards velocity
- A “Customer First” perspective and ethos
- Experience supporting global / multinational customer and deals
- Outstanding business partnering skills – able to interact positively with the Sales Field and influence business outcomes.
- Excellent understanding of most Deal Support/Commercial topics (pricing, deal structuring, contracting etc.); familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition policies a plus
- Excellent understanding of commercial terms and conditions
- The ability to acquire knowledge of our products and the value they provide to Optro’s Customers.
- The ability to acquire a thorough understanding of Optro’s corporate goals and objectives and consider these goals/objectives within the design of offers.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis.

As part of the Service Continuity Service Desk team, your focus is to keep services running smoothly and ensure work is ready for a clean handover into the next business day. This is an entry-level role, so we’re focused on attitude, reliability, and how you work, not years of experience. - Maintain service desk operations after hours, ensuring continuity of support overnight. - Complete all onboarding and offboarding tasks, including user accounts, access, devices, and documentation, following defined standards and checklists. - Respond to after-hours incidents and service interruptions, assess impact, and take appropriate first actions. - Action or triage support requests that cannot wait until business hours. - Escalate high-impact or urgent issues to on-call subject matter experts internally within CT. - Monitor service desk queues to prevent overnight backlog and ensure a smooth transition to day teams. - Log and update tickets clearly in ConnectWise, using standard templates and accurate impact statements. - Provide clear and meaningful status updates to customers and internal teams during outages, delays, or extended work. - The working hours for this position will be Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm Perth Time.

Role Description As a member of the Amazon One Medical Revenue Cycle team, this Revenue Cycle Analyst will be responsible for supporting Amazon One Medical Clinical and Revenue Cycle teams in managing and optimizing healthcare revenue cycle operations.
