• Analyze product usage and ecosystem dynamics across ARC, CCTP, Chain Expansion, programmable wallets, and future initiatives • Develop analytical frameworks to understand user behavior, token flows, ecosystem growth, and competitive positioning • Design and execute end-to-end analyses — from problem framing and data extraction to modeling, interpretation, and communication • Build statistical models to evaluate token distribution, liquidity movement, user segmentation, and ecosystem health • Collaborate with Blockchain Researchers and engineers to generate insights from transaction data, network activity, and emerging onchain trends • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to raising the overall analytical bar across the team.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R)
- Solid foundation in statistics and experience applying statistical methods to real-world product or ecosystem data
- Experience driving analytical projects independently, from scoping through delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to clearly communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, or Business teams.
