• Oversee the operational delivery and coordination of client projects for assigned accounts in a fast-paced environment. • Mentor team members and manage the performance, development, and workload of direct reports. • Foster strong relationships across internal teams and external partners. • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to establish project expectations, priorities, and timelines. • Manage all aspects of technical and creative projects planning, requirements gathering, execution, troubleshooting, and on-time delivery. • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the operational point of contact for assigned accounts. • Proactively identify and report issues, research root causes, and drive resolution. • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including timelines, status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes. • Train new team members and current team members on product and processes, provide client-facing training as necessary.

• Conduct thorough and careful analysis of data, to effectively produce required information. • Includes assisting with identification of appropriate data sources for the research objectives, acquiring and storing the data for the project, programming the appropriate statistical analyses using BMS standard tools, delivering results to customers in appropriate formats and media, and assisting with follow-up questions. • Collaborate with the data development team to identify and deliver appropriate data resources for research strategies. • Actively engage with protocol authors and researchers to identify issues and influence resolutions. • Communicate the results of any analyses conducted effectively orally and in writing. • Manage complex work environment, balancing demands from multiple customers to execute projects. • Make sound scientific decisions based on a balance of data, analysis and experience.

• Provide leadership and management direction of a claim adjusting team • Investigate and maintain property/casualty claims • Determine liability, secure information, review coverages, arrange appraisals, and settle claims • Direct conformity with the terms of each policy and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, established standards, and procedures of the company • Report to the Adjusting Services Senior Manager • Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment • Support an environment of teaming where adjusters make decisions and close files • Comply with Unfair Claims Practices Acts and ensure claims handling in good faith • Establish, communicate, and implement departmental plans, objectives, and strategies
