Remote role, anywhere in the US Open Sky Group is a dynamic and innovative global supply chain solution and consulting firm, strategically located near Raleigh, North Carolina. With an exceptional team of supply chain experts boasting an average of over 20 years of industry experience, we are dedicated to delivering unparalleled expertise across various cutting-edge software platforms, including WMS, TMS, and LMS. As a Supply Chain Consultant, you will be a member of the implementation team responsible for the overall design and implementation required to meet client needs. The Consultant has a focus on Manhattan Labor Management (MLM) and experience applying labor standards to measure and conduct operational improvements. You’ll work with client organizations to enhance supply chain and logistics performance through strategic planning, process re-engineering and/or information technology implementation.
Job Requirements
- Participate in solution design and analysis along with the implementation project team.
- Share best practices and provide guidance to clients throughout duration of the project.
- Produce a detailed functional design document to match client requirements.
- Co-implement the configuration of the solution.
- Guide client through system implementation of additional functionality.
- Prioritize issues and projects.
- Identify clients’ problems, opportunities and risks.
- Gather and analyze relevant data.
- Conduct client interviews and facility visits.
- Work with clients to implement solutions.
- Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings with clients.
- Participate in internal projects as required.
- Participate in pre-sales activities as needed.
- Participate in industry and marketing activities as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Manhattan Labor Management (MLM) and supply chain consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, computer science or related equivalent.
- Experience with Manhattan Labor Management System (MLM) concepts and configuration.
- Experience with warehousing and logistic process design and process improvement.
- Experience with engineered labor standards, preferred.
- Experience conducting frequency and time studies, preferred.
- Experience with applying labor standards to measure and conduct operational improvements.

- This is a home-based, full-time, exempt role.
- This position requires the ability to travel up to 50% by airplane and/or car, with overnights.

- Annual salary range: $65,000.00 - $145,000.00.
- The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses, and other relevant factors.
