Regional Electrical Integrity Engineer

• Provide technical support and specialist knowledge for overall governance on standards, application, gaps, solutions and measurements to increase production quality, efficiency and volume for the business • Contribute to improve activities related to automation, electrical and instrumentation engineering to enable projects and improve capabilities by providing engineering support • Support the development of the most effective approach to identify, monitor and implement automation, electrical and instrumentation engineering standards, policies, procedures and job aids • Provide input to cross functional teams to select and implement tools and methodologies that will enable best practices • Support providing leadership to the planning and implementation of automation, electrical and instrumentation engineering standards • Execute tactical development and delivery oversight of vision, direction and strategy for automation, electrical and instrumentation engineering • Identify opportunities and bridge automation, electrical and instrumentation engineering gaps in applications by establishing auditing control mechanisms • Propose and develop recommendations in areas of improvement and by implementing solutions to improve performance and identify acceptable risk tolerance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of advanced work experience in industrial power distribution systems
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Lean six sigma
- Project management and process safety management experience

Role Description WSDOT is currently seeking multiple Assistant Office Engineers in Wenatchee, WA. This role supports the Project Engineering Office (PEO) by contributing to the construction engineering process and ensuring proper documentation of project records. Each position ensures highway construction projects comply with project specifications, standard plans, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and directly supports WSDOT’s mission to deliver safe, reliable, and compliant transportation infrastructure. A top candidate will demonstrate contract administration and documentation accuracy, technical and analytical proficiency, and effective communication and collaboration skills. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. During the construction season, the position may require: - Extended hours - Weekend work - Night shifts - Overtime Work is generally performed indoors in an office environment. Occasional outdoor work may be required at project sites and active construction work zones. Daily travel within the region to project sites may be required, as well as occasional travel to off-site meetings or training across the state. Role Description The Tactical Data Links (TDL) Australian System Engineer is a critical member of L3Harris Data Link Business, providing front line integration, maintenance, engineering support and training to our Australian customers using L3Harris’s Link-16 terminals and toolsets. We are seeking a candidate with at least 6 years’ experience in military applications, recently focused on Tactical Data Links, including Link 16 operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing. This role demands strong judgment, initiative, and technical expertise to analyze issues and deliver effective solutions. Applicants must be comfortable working independently as a remote resource and collaboratively within a global team.
