Manager, Distribution Key Accounts
Bosch
• Lead a team of distribution Key Account Managers for the US and Canada. • Responsible for Electro-Voice, Dynacord, and Bosch Conferencing and Public Address products. • Partner with Business Development, Regional Growth, Global Key Account, Technical Sales, and Marketing teams. • Identify key growth accounts and customer engagement opportunities. • Develop and execute business plans that leverage the unique value propositions of each distribution partner. • Build strong relationships throughout the Distributor, collaborate them and hold regular business reviews. • Develop and drive Demand Creation Programs for distributor personnel. • Support implementation of new product introductions. • Gather market intelligence and develop strategies for growth opportunities. • Exceed sales budgets and critical business objectives. • Mentor, coach, and develop direct and indirect reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in relevant field.
- 5 – 10+ years focused on Distribution Key Account Management and Distribution Sales Management in the Pro AV industry with a proven track record of success.
- Experienced in managing a team with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire.
- Ability to establish credibility quickly with key customers and current Integrated Audio Brands team.
- Demonstrates strong work and business ethics with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proven ability to build internal relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills, which include both verbally and digitally with the ability to tailor communications depending on the audience.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functions teams to drive results.
- Ability to establish growth plans, challenging distributors to drastically outperform the market.
- Experience with software applications including Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams) and Power BI.
- Excel expertise with advanced knowledge of pivots, charts, and formulas.
- Willing and able to travel 50%-75% of the time.
- This position requires significant (50% +) travel, primarily in North America.
- This position requires a valid driver's license.
- This position requires a valid passport.
