Commercial Manager – DACH Region
Streem Energy
• Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and successful deal closure. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, account mapping, networking, and industry engagement. • Travel within the region to meet clients and attend relevant industry events, building strong relationships across the ecosystem. • Develop relationships with new clients and manage and grow those accounts over time, ensuring long-term partnerships and expansion opportunities. • Act as the regional expert for the DACH market, developing deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, market structures, and industry dynamics.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in the energy sector, ideally in renewable energy, power markets, or energy services.
- Fluent German speaker with full professional fluency in English and living in Germany.
- Strong client-facing experience and relationship management skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of a market and work independently.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
