Technical Partner Manager

• Act as the primary technical lead for US channel partners • Support partner pre-sales cycles and driving technical enablement • Deliver compelling value propositions, demos, workshops, and POVs • Own the Channel Technical Enablement Plan • Deliver demo accreditation, POV training, and technical updates • Support partner presales teams in customer meetings • Lead technical discovery, RFP/RFI contributions, demos, and POVs • Align with Partner Managers on priorities and enablement focus
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in technical pre-sales or solution consulting
- Proven experience enabling channel partners/VARs
- Strong value-selling skills
- Experience with Digital Experience Monitoring, EUC, ITIL, Cloud
- Excellent executive communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Field-based role requiring domestic and occasional international travel
