Senior Organizational Development, Learning Specialist
ATPCO
• Analyze business structures and processes to inform OD&L strategy and initiatives • Design and implement developmental programs and training materials tailored to business needs • Conduct targeted interviews and facilitate skill development initiatives as requested by leadership • Lead optimization initiatives through training sessions that enhance individual and team performance • Advise on departmental restructuring to align operations with evolving business goals • Promote cross-functional collaboration and interdepartmental synergy • Measure the impact of interventions on performance, retention, and employee satisfaction • Provide strategic recommendations to executives and senior leaders on cost-effective solutions • Coordinate the annual engagement survey process, including action planning and communication • Oversee the Performance Management Process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives with complete autonomy • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to market development opportunities • Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of learning strategies and programs • Partner with business leaders and People & Culture on topics such as change management, succession planning, and strategic planning • Integrate workforce analytics into learning and development programs • Optimize leadership development for long-term succession planning • Advise on cultural transformation initiatives through data-driven insights
Job Requirements
- Ability to manage and maintain online learning platforms and creatively leverage various multimedia options for learning solutions and delivery methodologies
- Experience with learning platforms, developing e-learning content, and competency modeling
- Exceptional, dynamic, and engaging facilitation and consultative skills with all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills to conduct analysis/diagnostics and develop sound learning recommendations
- Strong project and program management skills
- Knowledge of OD&L skills and experience in any of the following areas is a plus: Organizational Design, Talent Management, Change Management, Assessment tools, Employee Engagement, Coaching, Leadership Development, Team Dynamics, Performance Management, Career Development, or Career Pathing
- Bachelor's degree in a related area, and a master’s degree is preferred
- Knowledge or certification in instructional design is a plus

Role Description - Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to develop high-impact sales training content grounded in real AM workflows. - Author, edit, and review enablement content ensuring accuracy and clarity. - Manage project level enablement operations — maintain system hygiene, track certifications, update learning repositories, and manage translation and version control processes. - Measure program effectiveness using sales performance data, learner feedback, and adoption analytics; synthesize insights to drive continuous improvement. - Support virtual and live facilitation where needed, fostering interactive learning, peer exchange, and the practical application of selling skills.
