Quality Assurance Coordinator
RKD Group
• General proofing of copy and art, which includes but is not limited to: Spelling, Punctuation, Grammar, Client and brand standards, Fact-checking, Print specifications. • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and leadership to meet schedule commitments. • Match printed layouts and mockups to ensure mail kits and versioning match strategy and reflect client expectations and approved templates. • Ensure that all necessary data fields are produced accurately and match internal database information. • Review personalization proofs against client-approved art and production data files to ensure accurate output. • Compare insertion samples to client-approved mockup and internal data system to ensure correct components are inserted and the correct postage has been used.
Job Requirements
- An associate degree or related experience working in editing/proofreading, direct mail, or marketing is preferred.
- Experience with non-profit organizations and/or direct response marketing agencies is preferred, but training is provided as needed.
- Proficient in Workfront, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Develop and maintain test plans and scripts. • Execute manual and automated testing of software and data outputs. • Document and communicate defects to developers and analysts. • Work with teams to ensure timely resolution of quality issues. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA practices.
