Senior Art Director
Movement Strategy
• Movement Strategy is looking for a Senior Art Director to bring social-first, visually compelling creative to life for a high-profile lifestyle and retail account • Reporting to a Creative Director, shape and lead the visual direction of the work • Develop elevated, platform-native creative for home, design, and product storytelling across social channels • Own creative executions end-to-end and contribute meaningfully to concept development • Create across seasonal moments, tentpole campaigns, and ongoing content streams
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in an agency or creative environment developing social-first campaigns and content
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere or After Effects preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, elevated design craft, and social-first execution
- Comfortable contributing light copywriting for social-first creative, including short-form messaging, headlines, and captions
- Experience working on retail, lifestyle, or product-driven brands is a strong plus
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate cross-functionally
- Confident presenter with strong storytelling skills
- Excellent time management and comfort working in a fully remote environment
