Associate Creative Director

Snowball

• Own narrative development and creative direction across paid, organic, and brand initiatives • Translate brand strategy, performance learnings, and creative insights into clear story frameworks, concepts, and creative direction • Partner closely with the Director of Creative Production and Creative Strategist to ensure narrative clarity across briefs and initiatives • Provide narrative-focused creative feedback in reviews, helping teams sharpen story, messaging, and intent with an eye toward what's working and why • Guide designers, writers, and video creators to level up storytelling and conceptual thinking grounded in performance insights • Ensure creative output feels cohesive and connected across channels, surfaces, and formats

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in creative direction, brand storytelling, or concept development roles
  • Strong narrative instincts with the ability to to balance creative intuition with data-informed decision making
  • Demonstrated experience guiding creative work through influence, feedback, and direction rather than direct management
  • Ability to translate abstract brand strategy and performance insights into concrete creative direction
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort partnering cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, and Creative teams
  • Nice to Haves: Background in growth-focused or direct response creative environments
  • Experience at consumer brands known for strong narrative and creative clarity
  • Experience mentoring senior creatives or acting as a creative thought partner
