Creative Director

• Act as the primary creative leader and quality gatekeeper on all assigned projects • Develop clear, concise, and inspiring creative briefs for each project or deliverable. • Mentor, train, and provide constructive feedback to designers, copywriters, and other creatives • Maintain a high standard of quality, creativity, and efficiency across all deliverables • Communicate feedback clearly and efficiently via Loom video and written notes • Stay up-to-date with design, copy, and digital best practices to foster continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or similar senior creative role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in successful creative projects
- Exceptional communication and feedback skills, especially using asynchronous tools (Loom, email, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and team members simultaneously
- Deep knowledge of design, copywriting, and digital creative processes
- Excellent command of English
