• Overseeing the creation, reviewing, and management of contracts to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards • Executing and managing contracts to ensure terms are fulfilled as intended and deliverables are met • Analyzing contract language to confirm technical viability, legal soundness, and alignment with business objectives • Performing contract redlines and insert language as appropriate • Leading contract negotiations to secure favorable terms while minimizing risk and maintaining compliance • Partnering with legal teams to ensure adherence to contract terms, regulatory requirements, and compliance obligations • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating contract-related risks by collaborating with legal, finance, and risk management teams • Maintaining strong working relationships with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure contract clarity, execution, and ongoing success
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, procurement, compliance, or a related function
- Demonstrated ability to analyze legal and financial documents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes
- Experience working in a corporate legal, procurement, or risk management environment (Bonus)
- Certification such as Juris Doctorate (JD) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) (Bonus)
- Experience with contract lifecycle management systems (Bonus)
- Advanced knowledge of contract law or regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to the industry (Bonus)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Sailthru across all TED teams. • Triage incoming requests and resolve or escalate. • Onboard and train new Sailthru users, including account setup, template and list assignment, permission scoping and team-specific content visibility configuration. • Handle MFA resets, login troubleshooting and general access issues. • Authorize and verify new sending email addresses and manage sender configuration. • Attend the monthly Sailthru vendor check-in as TED’s representative; summarize product updates and flag items requiring internal action. • Own the health of TED’s subscriber lists. • Diagnose and fix list integrity issues – such as users not being correctly added to lists after signup, discrepancies between Lifecycle Optimizer counts and snapshot reports, or broken unsubscribe flows – and escalate to the Technology team when a platform-side code fix is required. • Build and maintain Lifecycle Optimizer flows that align with editorial strategy. • Clean up lists: identify and archive unused or duplicate lists, manage natural and smart list relationships, and ensure lists are configured correctly. • Create backfill audiences using Audience Builder or Smart Lists for impacted users when subscription bugs are discovered, and execute bulk imports to correct the data. • Support teams in downloading list exports, including managing variable selection and encryption. • Build and configure newsletter campaigns and onsite banner/overlay campaigns in Sailthru per team briefs.
