About the role We are looking for a Product Safety & Quality leader to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) for Traceability, Sustainability, and Product Compliance. This role will strengthen our expertise in consumer goods and hardlines, bringing hands-on understanding of production processes, quality assurance, inspections, and product safety considerations across global supply chains. What you'll do Domain Expertise & Advisory - Serve as a subject matter expert on product safety and quality within consumer goods and hardlines. - Bring practical knowledge of production environments, inspection processes, and safety considerations across the supply chain. - Provide guidance on product integrity, risk mitigation, and compliance best practices. - Monitor industry and regulatory trends impacting product safety and quality, helping translate them into actionable insights. Customer & Market Engagement - Participate in events and selected customer conversations as a subject matter expert. - Support commercial teams in navigating complex product safety and quality discussions. - Help strengthen our credibility in the market through insights, frameworks, and thought leadership. Knowledge & Enablement - Contribute to the development of internal playbooks, enablement materials, and best practice guidance. - Help ensure product safety and quality knowledge is structured, accessible, and consistently understood across teams. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in product safety, quality, compliance, consulting, or related roles within consumer goods, hardlines, or similar industries. - Solid understanding of production and supply chain processes. - Experience engaging with inspection agencies, labs, manufacturers, or quality assurance teams. - Proven ability to manage multi-workstream, cross-functional initiatives. - Passion for sustainability, traceability, and responsible supply chains. - Curious, adaptable, and energized by working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
