Make your mark with Nextpower. The Nextpower Business Development Manager, Tools & Services, will be based in Fremont, CA, San Rafael, CA, or Remote. The Business Development Manager, Services, is a commercial leader responsible for accelerating growth within Nextpower’s tracker tools and services portfolio. This role owns sales growth, market expansion strategy, and builds customer relationships across the utility-scale solar industry. You will lead sales cycles from opportunity creation through contract execution, partnering cross-functionally to bring new offerings to market and deliver measurable customer value. What You’ll Do Commercial Strategy & Growth - Develop and execute global growth strategies for Nextpower’s tools and services portfolio - Drive and close new business opportunities - Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution development, pricing strategy, negotiation, and closure - Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth. - Collaborate with Nextpower's global account management team to identify value-add opportunities for tool and services solutions. Role Description The Product Development Pillar is responsible for shaping and expanding TQUK’s portfolio of qualifications, endorsed products, and learning resources. It ensures that our offer remains innovative, relevant, and compliant, while meeting the needs of learners, employers, and providers. We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to head up our Product Development function. The Head of Product Development will be accountable for the strategic design, review, and management of TQUK’s qualifications, endorsed products, and learning resources, ensuring they support business growth, regulatory compliance, and sector innovation. This role is pivotal in driving stakeholder engagement and positioning TQUK at the forefront of vocational education reform.
