• Design, develop, and operate the Interest Engine, configuring and calculating interest across core banking financial products. • Develop functionalities on the platform and maintain features in a hybrid architecture (Java Microservices + BigData Tools). • Support the team and remove technical impediments. • Coordinate technical refinement based on business specifications. • Communicate with stakeholders during product development. • Develop technical tasks, prioritize, and manage the backlog. • Use AI Tools to improve teams processes. • Conduct stress/performance tests. • Analyze bugs for simple issues and apply debugging tools.

• Drive and contribute to post-silicon validation of hardware with software • Ensure functionality, performance, power and reliability of the complete system • Develop and implement detailed validation test-plan covering all hardware and firmware configurations • Develop self-checking test-cases using Python and C/C++ in embedded CPU build environment • Work closely with Design, DV, Analog and Firmware teams to debug, root-cause and resolve any issues • Document test results, meta data analysis and FW QA coverage reports • Develop various scripts, web-based tools to automate both system validation and FW QA tests

• Coordinate and perform release planning, development, testing, and deployment of IVR enhancements across multiple agencies. • Design and build call flows and integrate backend systems using application programming interfaces (APIs). • Manage NICE Business Units (BU) and contribute to solution design and network optimization. • Provide routing design and implementation for contact center technologies. • Collaborate with Architecture teams to design, develop, deploy, and consume APIs. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance when scripting issues arise. • Coordinate issue communication and resolution with multiple technical teams during production incidents. • Review support tickets with agency leadership and oversee issue resolution across teams.

• Design and develop BI solutions: Analyze user needs and create effective Power BI solutions to meet their requirements. • Data modeling: Design optimized data models while ensuring the quality and relevance of information. • Report and dashboard creation: Build dynamic, interactive dashboards to enable business teams to monitor performance and make informed decisions. • Data pipeline management: Integrate and automate data flows from various sources (SQL databases, APIs, Excel files, etc.). • Quality assurance and performance: Ensure Power BI report performance, optimize response times, and maintain a high level of quality. • Support and training: Assist users in adopting Power BI, answer their questions, and troubleshoot any issues.
