• Responsible for leading and growing a high-performing team of Project Managers • Standardizes and elevates project delivery to optimize client satisfaction, gross profit, operational efficiency, and revenue growth • Serve as a strategic partner to consulting firms and enterprise clients • Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for end-to-end project oversight • Ensure Project Managers are equipped to manage complex, multi-method research studies with excellence • Monitor team capacity, workload distribution, and hiring needs to ensure sustainable growth • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, client-centricity, and continuous improvement • Translate client objectives into operationally sound execution strategies • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and strengthen long-term partnerships

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalency
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in market research project management or operations
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a staff of 3+ employees
  • Experience in overseeing both quantitative and qualitative research projects
  • Experience working directly with consulting firms or enterprise-level clients strongly preferred
  • Extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative project management role in the medical/healthcare market research field.
  • Thorough understanding of both qualitative and quantitative domestic and international market research projects
  • Ability to lead a team made up of both junior and senior team members.
  • Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Well-developed analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word, and be a quick learner of new technologies/software.

Role Description The Director of DevOps is responsible for leading and transforming our DevOps and cloud engineering function to support a scaling, enterprise-grade SaaS platform. This role owns our cloud infrastructure strategy and execution across AWS (primary) and Azure, ensuring our systems are reliable, secure, cost-effective, and built to scale. As Director of DevOps, you will lead a growing team of DevOps engineers while remaining technically credible and strategically engaged. You will: - Reduce outages and eliminate critical incidents. - Strengthen our security and compliance posture. - Optimize infrastructure spend. - Enable continuous deployment across our primary platform. This role is ideal for a leader who has successfully built or matured a DevOps function within a scaling SaaS organization and is motivated by driving operational excellence, reliability, and platform maturity in a high-accountability environment.
