Senior Accountant
RESPEC
• Provide full-cycle accounting support, including reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, and month-end close • Maintain and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously • Prepare and review financial statements; identify and resolve discrepancies • Coach clients on using QuickBooks Desktop/Online effectively • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure high-quality service delivery • Support or participate in business advisory engagements • Tax preparation experience is needed to assist during tax season
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of recent experience in a CPA or business advisory firm (required)
- Experience working directly with small to mid-sized business clients
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow within a firm
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Online/Desktop (certification preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a dedicated home office
