• Provide frontline support by handling client calls, updating account information, and verifying identities. • Communicate with clients regarding their tax return status, required documents, and service updates. • Manage email and voicemail queues, ensuring proper task reallocation and follow-up. • Perform manual identity verification and ensure compliance with document handling protocols. • Submit non-lodgement advice (NLA) through OSFA and track tax refund statuses. • Liaise with the ATO for inquiries and assist in managing client ITA debts and ABNs. • Support the accounting team by applying discounts, converting tax returns, and maintaining accurate records of daily activities.
• Reviewing individual tax returns to ensure they are ready for Tax Agent review and lodgment • Ensuring all communication and necessary supporting documents are received from clients • Adhering to ATO and Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) compliance requirements • Maintaining accuracy while working towards the best outcomes for clients • Responding to internal and client communications within 24 hours
• Reviewing individual tax returns online before lodgement • Making sure all required supporting communications and documents are received from clients • Complying with ATO and Tax Practitioners Board guidelines • Delivering the best tax outcomes for clients while maintaining accuracy and compliance • Responding promptly and professionally to internal and client correspondence
