Data Analyst – Operations

Aliancers

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and manufacturing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to track manufacturing performance, costs, and KPIs. • Provide actionable insights to the leadership team to support decision-making across multiple plants. • Act as Project Manager for strategic manufacturing initiatives, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and business objectives are met. • Standardize and optimize reporting processes at the organizational level. • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying data-driven opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, ideally within manufacturing or the automotive industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling/mining, DAX, dashboard creation).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Smartsheet (project planning, reporting, automation).
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with geographically distributed teams.
  • Advanced English (required).
