• Using control descriptions, I/O lists, electrical schematics, and drawings, creating PLC/HMI code for control of various electro-mechanical systems • Assist Field Commissioning and Service Technicians with start-up and troubleshooting of applied programming • Work with engineering team to develop electrical, instrumentation and controls products and systems to satisfy unique customer specifications, contracts, and new business development • Create/review/modify electrical schematics, drawings, and I/O lists for various electro-mechanical systems to ensure compliance with engineering standards and customer specifications • Submit timely status reports to management on progress of assigned projects • Provide Purchasing department with technical guidance on electrical components, equipment, software, and services

• Responsible to receive, evaluate and manage emergency or non-emergency service requests from customers, technicians or sites through different communication channels. • Ability to communicate and prioritize issues surrounding the equipment at each location. • Ability to establish priorities, use independent judgment and escalate critical matters to appropriate parties or management when necessary. • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure that all actions conform to the protocols set within the Call Center guidelines and/or the customer's contracted service level agreements (SLA). • Must be empathetic and calm under pressure. • Be able to understand and accurately communicate the situation and level of urgency to the technician or field management. • Work onsite or remote during regular business hours, after hours, weekends and some holidays within a 24/365 Call Center. Periodic travel – 10%-25% to local CNG and LNG stations. • Other duties as assigned.

• Manage existing refuse sector accounts and generate sales of Clean Energy products and services including but not limited to compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied natural gas (LNG), renewable natural gas (RNG), fueling stations, and maintenance services in a specific market segment(s) as defined above. • Manage existing refuse contracts and seek out, sell, and close new and renewal contract opportunities. • Establish, manage and grow relationships with various prospects, clients, and partners in the natural gas for transportation fuel industry. • Establish and develop relationships with local decision makers (i.e. city council members, fleet managers, public works directors, etc.). • Educate the economic and health benefits of natural gas vehicles to local communities, city councils and trade associations. • Market to new and existing customers through creation, development, and implementation of various business solutions. • Coordinate planning of marketing promotions, including advertising, and special sales. • Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and communicate with customers by phone and email. • Forecast and estimate demand for proposed projects based on market research and consumer trends. • Develop and deliver proposals and presentations on company services to small, medium and large groups. • Draft, develop, negotiate, review and understand station contracts and fueling agreements. • Provide input to the management team on new product or service features to be developed to meet current and future customer needs. • Work closely with the Engineering department on development of assigned projects. • Work closely with Operations department on station operations and performance. • Keep account activities, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records and activities, and literature up-to-date.

• Support the operations of a residential utility energy efficiency program that provides financial incentives to eligible customers, ensuring a smooth delivery program and a positive customer experience. • Assist in maintaining program forecasts, dashboards, and performance data to ensure visibility in progress toward goals and to identify areas where adjustments may be needed. • Track, monitor, and report project status and key performance metrics accurately and in a timely manner to support both internal oversight and client reporting requirements. • Create and maintain reports and dashboards; identify opportunities for enhancements; track, monitor, and promote tool usage across the team. • Analyze program data to evaluate market potential and develop recommendations that support strategic decision-making. • Perform a variety of quality control checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of program data within tracking systems. • Provide day-to-day support to field staff and a network of participating subcontractors, including coordinating assignments, resolving operational questions, and ensuring adherence to program requirements. • Maintain proactive and professional communication with subcontractors, customers, and internal program teams; clarify program rules, troubleshoot participation barriers, and escalate issues as needed. • Gather and prioritize user requirements to support system enhancements, reporting improvements, and operational needs. • Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and quality control. • Manage projects and support client communication, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and influencing decisions to define acceptable solutions. • Maintain organized program documentation, records, and tracking systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with utility and regulatory requirements. • Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful execution of program operations and organizational goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Execute the planning and scheduling process. - Communicate schedules to technicians, Operations Management, and Customers. - Add new and generate existing Inspection Plans, Preventative Maintenance, and Corrective Work Orders as requested. - Assemble work schedule that takes into account equipment needs, equipment availability, labor needs, and labor availability. - Work closely with the Directors of Operations, Operations Service Manager, and Supply Chain to optimize scheduled work. - Comply with work prioritization process with operations, engineering, quality, safety, and other stakeholders. - Communicate and adhere to our Field Service (CMMS) standards and usage. - Perform basic data analysis on Field Service, SCADA, and/or IoT information in order to plan maintenance and determine areas of opportunities. - Point person for Field Service setup around new capital. - Support the site with technical issues as they arise. - Participate in problem-solving activities. - Participate in preventive maintenance development. - Support Continuous Improvement initiatives. - Basic understanding of maintenance metrics and the business significance of the metrics (Planned). - Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, plus 3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Knowledge of Maintenance Planning, Operations, Customer Service, or Inside Sales experience. - Possess sophisticated, professional oral and written communication ability. - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. - Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. - Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. - Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Knowledge of e-mail/scheduling software applications. - Experience with ERP software, such as Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Epicor, or SAP.
