Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Execute the planning and scheduling process. - Communicate schedules to technicians, Operations Management, and Customers. - Add new and generate existing Inspection Plans, Preventative Maintenance, and Corrective Work Orders as requested. - Assemble work schedule that takes into account equipment needs, equipment availability, labor needs, and labor availability. - Work closely with the Directors of Operations, Operations Service Manager, and Supply Chain to optimize scheduled work. - Comply with work prioritization process with operations, engineering, quality, safety, and other stakeholders. - Communicate and adhere to our Field Service (CMMS) standards and usage. - Perform basic data analysis on Field Service, SCADA, and/or IoT information in order to plan maintenance and determine areas of opportunities. - Point person for Field Service setup around new capital. - Support the site with technical issues as they arise. - Participate in problem-solving activities. - Participate in preventive maintenance development. - Support Continuous Improvement initiatives. - Basic understanding of maintenance metrics and the business significance of the metrics (Planned). - Other duties as assigned.
