Demand Generation, Growth Marketer

• Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, ABM, automation) from brief to reporting. • Own all physical events in the region – from trade show booths to exclusive dinners and satellite events. You’ll manage everything from data collection to follow-up. • Run LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Influ2 and other paid campaigns and collaborate with SDRs for personalized follow-ups. • Launch and manage email and outreach workflows via HubSpot, Gong, and Clay. • Drive ABM activations, direct mail, and gifting programs that make prospects remember us. • Build and maintain automation flows across Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI tools (N8N, Make, etc.). • Ensure all campaigns are properly tracked via UTMs, pixels, and CRM sync. • Keep our Notion marketing board fully aligned with deadlines, owners, and deliverables. • Always scout new tools that push the boundaries of efficiency and creativity. • Partner closely with our designer and developer (both in-house) to brief and QA assets. • Collaborate with the global Content team to align narratives across regions. • Write short-form copy for ads, emails, or event collateral when needed. • Build and optimize ABM landing pages and personalized outreach flows. • Partner with AEs on Tier 1 enterprise accounts, supporting deal acceleration with guerrilla-style, personalized marketing ideas. • Measure and report performance across channels, tracking how campaigns influence pipeline and deals. • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize – from targeting to creative. • Manage data hygiene, enrichment, and operational workflows to ensure flawless campaign execution.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in demand gen, growth, or campaign roles.
- Proven experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Clay (required).
- Technical curiosity – you know what APIs do, can debug tracking issues, and understand HTML/CSS basics.
- Familiarity with modern GTM tools like Influ2, 6Sense, Mutiny, Chili Piper, Clearbit, Demandbase, Gong, etc.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English).
- Naturally AI-first – you experiment with AI tools daily to automate, create, and optimize.
