Job Description
GTM Engineer
RevPartners
• Build and optimize Claybook processes based on RP’s Allbound Maturity Model. • Connect and orchestrate tools such as Clay, HubSpot, Smartlead, and Outbound Sync. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy for campaign execution. • Design new and creative ways to unlock value through our data and tech stack. • Partner with the Allbound and RevOps teams to support all aspects of GTM campaigns. • Coach junior team members on automation best practices and platform fluency.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years building complex data enrichment and automation workflows
- 1+ years advanced experience with Clay
- Strong understanding of Clay’s integration capabilities and limitations
- Hands-on experience with web scraping tools and techniques
- Proficient in manipulating data formats (CSV, etc)
- Skilled in data cleaning and validation processes
- Proficiency in remote communication with internal teams using Google Meet, Slack, and email.
- You operate with honesty and integrity.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations (Bonus)
