Role Description We're recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager role at a fast-growing DTC wellness brand. They doubled revenue last year, are scaling marketing spend significantly, and this is hire number two in a two-person marketing department, so your read on data and agency performance goes directly to the founders. Small team by design, seven-figure budgets, real ownership. This is not a pure execution role and not a pure strategy role; the person who owns the execution layer is expected to: - Question numbers - Manage a performance agency across Meta, Google, YouTube, and CTV - Own Klaviyo and Shopify execution end to end AI fluency is a genuine differentiator here; if you've built workflows or automated processes with AI tools, that's a meaningful plus. The platform is fully cloud-hosted on AWS, the stack is TypeScript end to end, Next.js and React on the frontend, TypeScript microservices on the backend, and the team is at a genuine inflection point with meaningful greenfield work ahead.
