Account Manager

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts • Build trust through clear, consistent, and proactive communication • Coordinate with project managers and developers to move requests forward • Review deliverables (pages, changes, fixes) before sharing with clients • Track client requests, timelines, budgets, and hours across projects • Anticipate client needs and flag risks or opportunities for smoother operations • Keep internal communication organized and well documented (notes, tasks, follow-ups)
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing clients or accounts (agency or services environment preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Familiarity with web development (WordPress and Shopify preferred)
- Comfortable using tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Ability to learn quickly, prioritize, and think clearly under pressure
- Excellent English with a professional, client-friendly tone
