• Very good accounting knowledge. • Hands on working experience required in FP&A process is a must. • Especially candidate must have a good understanding of the periodic financial close process. • Extensive knowledge of SAP Finance Modules. • Experience in TM1 and peripheral systems is desired. • Experience of working on Finance month close and Management Accounting activities. • Customer focused approach with Continuous Improvement mindset is a must. • Demonstrable “can do” attitude with willingness to learn. • Strong, performance-orientated person, able to function in a dynamic environment. • A solid team player that has natural leadership skills. • Ability to exert influence, with good cooperation and motivational skills. • Enthusiastically welcomes new initiatives and naturally handles multiple tasks. • Demonstrate flexibility in style and approach to problem solving. • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. • Task orientated at a team and individual level. • Works in a collaborative and inclusive manner within the team. • Good analytical and effective communications skills both oral and written.

Role Description The Financial Analyst within Avetta’s Financial Planning & Analysis team will serve as a strategic partner in driving insights that influence executive decisions and operational efficiency.
