Energy Project Development Manager
Vantage Data Centers
• Own execution of assigned energy projects from initiation through delivery • Develop and manage integrated project schedules, budgets, and forecasts • Coordinate cross-functional teams across T&I, Infrastructure, and Commercial • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues • Drive decision-making and escalate key challenges as needed • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including utilities and partners • Ensure alignment across technical, commercial, and schedule requirements • Track and report project performance, milestones, and risks • Support development of project strategies and execution plans • Maintain disciplined documentation and reporting across the project lifecycle
Job Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in energy development, infrastructure delivery, or project management (PMP preferred)
- Experience with energy, utility, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong project management skills, including schedule, budget, and risk management
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with energy project lifecycle and delivery challenges
