Customer Success Manager

• Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to drive ALICE adoption and long-term success. • Identify and manage upsell and expansion opportunities based for ALICE within your assigned customer base. • Craft value and business justification narratives in partnership with customers - ensuring positive user sentiment and account renewal. • Train and onboard client teams, tailoring sessions to their specific workflows and requirements. • Provide expert-level guidance and support, troubleshooting challenges and offering actionable insights to maximize client outcomes. • Act as the voice of the customer, capturing feedback, identifying pain points, and sharing insights to influence product roadmap.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management, or a related discipline).
- 2+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or consulting roles, within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycles, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Experience with project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar).
- Proven problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to address project challenges.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%) as required.
