Role Description We are looking for a highly detailed, execution-focused Operations Manager to join one of our clients, Guidepost Marketing. This is not a "sit back and delegate" role; we need a "system architect" who is impatient with inefficiency and thrives on mapping out delivery pipelines. You will report directly to the Founder/CEO (Kyle) and support our Ads, Automations, and Dev teams to ensure our clients receive world-class results on time, every time. Your primary goal in the first 6 months is to own ClickUp as the "source of truth." You will map our service delivery pipelines, build out the documentation (SOPs) that currently lives in our heads, and lead the team to hit deadlines with surgical precision. Responsibilities - Project & Delivery Oversight: Using ClickUp to ensure all client deliverables are completed efficiently and on schedule. - Process Mapping: Designing and optimizing service delivery pipelines and internal workflows. - Documentation: Creating the company playbook—building and documenting SOPs for client acquisition, ad launches, and internal operations. - Team Leadership: Managing task flows for the Ads and Dev teams, ensuring they have what they need to execute, and ensuring client deliveries are met on time. - Reporting: Providing organizational health reports and performance updates to the CEO. - Communication: Managing occasional client emails and internal updates (you are the bridge, but you won't be stuck in meetings all day). - System Design: Identifying opportunities for automation and better workflow integration between our marketing and fulfillment arms. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Operations or Project Management, preferably within a Marketing Agency or fast-paced digital environment. - ClickUp Mastery: You should be able to build complex workflows, dashboards, and dependencies in ClickUp in your sleep. - We are looking for a "high-drive" personality who is detail-oriented, a bit impatient with delays, and obsessed with "getting it done." - Marketing Fluency: You don't need to run ads yourself, but you must "speak the language" of digital marketing and customer acquisition. - System Architect Skills: Experience with Zapier and HubSpot is highly desirable to keep our tech stack talking. - Bias for Action: You are a "hands-on" planner who builds the plane while helping us fly it. - Independence: A high level of autonomy and the ability to prioritize a complex task list without hand-holding. Requirements - Compensation: USD2,500 - USD3,500 - 100% Remote: Work from anywhere. - Generous Time Off: 9 National Holidays per year + unlimited PTO - Growth Path: Clear trajectory Logistics - Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week). - Mandatory Hours: Overlap with the EST time zone as much as possible - Setup: You will need a quiet workspace, fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls.
