Customer Success Manager
Shipium
• Lead post-implementation kick-offs to ensure a smooth transition and showcase expedited time to value for clients • Build a customer-centric environment to translate into long-term loyalty and be the open door for customer issues • Forecast renewals and identify expansion/upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales • Use CSAT, NPS, and usage data to identify risks early and develop playbooks to resolve issues before they lead to churn • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS environment (customer-facing role) or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- E-commerce/Supply Chain or Parcel experience preferred
- Proficient with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and project management systems
- Excellent communication skills: persuasive speaker and clear writer
- Adaptability: capable of pivoting when priorities shift and remaining calm under pressure
- Problem Solving: probing thinker who asks the right questions before making strategic recommendations
