Senior Affiliate Operations Manager
Influencer
• Own the operational management of affiliate and social commerce platforms including Impact, CJ, Rakuten, TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, and Meta Commerce. • Lead merchant onboarding, product feed integrations, tracking setup, and backend configuration across all commerce environments. • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and commission implementation, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies. • Execute commission structures, offer updates, and incentive changes in collaboration with Strategy. • Support seamless activation of newly sold commerce programs, translating commercial scope into clean, scalable platform execution. • Maintain strong working relationships with affiliate networks and platform representatives to troubleshoot issues and unlock efficiencies. • Partner cross-functionally with Strategy, Paid Media, Client Services, and Finance to protect margin, ensure reporting accuracy, and support enterprise delivery. • Contribute to the documentation and evolution of operational playbooks that scale Influencer’s Affiliate Engine.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in affiliate, ecommerce, performance marketing, or social commerce operations
- Hands-on experience managing affiliate networks such as Impact, CJ, Rakuten, Awin or similar
- Direct exposure to platform-native commerce environments (e.g. TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, Meta Commerce), preferably including merchant setup or backend operations
- Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, pixel implementation, and commission structures
- Experience working within DTC brands, affiliate agencies, social commerce teams, or platform-side commerce operations
- A systems mindset. Able to build scalable workflows rather than operate tactically.
- Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor, taking ownership without requiring constant direction.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues across multiple platforms.

• Lead strategic acquisition efforts to expand Xometry’s partner network throughout India • Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans to identify and onboard high-quality partners across CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal, and injection molding • Establish efficient onboarding and training programs to ensure EMEA partners are equipped to succeed on the Xometry platform. • Implement scalable frameworks to monitor and improve partner performance across metrics such as quality, delivery, and responsiveness • Establish feedback loops and continuous improvement programs to elevate the capabilities of local manufacturing partners • Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to address performance gaps and enhance service delivery • Align EMEA partner supply with global and local demand to optimize costs, lead times, and quality. • Drive network effects by fostering healthy competition and strategic capacity planning among Indian manufacturers. • Work cross-functionally with Global Operations and Sales to support order routin and fulfillment. • Lead and mentor the EMEA-based Partner Network and acquisition teams. • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. • Serve as the "voice of the EMEA partner" internally, providing insights that support local partner health and growth
