• Define & Manage Requirements, lead the discovery, documentation, and organization of business and system requirements • Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria with a focus on business outcomes • Partner with Client Success Managers, Product Owners, and Solution Architects to refine scope and maintain alignment throughout delivery • Collaborate Across Teams, work closely with architects, engineers, and QA to ensure technical alignment with business intent • Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences • Visualize & Document Solutions, develop wireframes, workflows, and process diagrams to clarify system behavior and user experience • Document both new and legacy systems to support development, testing, and support readiness • Use Azure DevOps to manage requirements, documentation, and status tracking • Own Agile Delivery, lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), ensure backlog refinement and planning processes are efficient and focused on delivering value • Monitor progress and provide support to ensure stories are implemented as intended

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working within Agile or iterative delivery teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
  • Proficient in wireframing tools, workflow diagramming, and software development tracking applications (ADO/JIRA)
  • Experience leading stakeholder workshops and requirement discovery sessions
  • Experience in MEP Design Engineering, Building Information Models (BIM), or similar technical domains
  • Comfortable working in environments with evolving requirements and competing priorities
  • Prior exposure to the Microsoft stack
  • Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMI-ACP)
