Role Description RDA is a digital transformation consultancy helping future-ready enterprises solve complex business challenges through AI, strategy, and customer experience. We’re expanding our data capabilities and seeking a Data Scientist to design and deliver machine learning solutions that drive measurable business impact. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to explore data, build predictive models, and bring those solutions into production. You’ll operate at the intersection of hands-on development and client collaboration, contributing to both delivery and early-stage solutioning in a consulting environment. Location: Remote. We’re interested in candidates based in Eastern or Central Time Zones, as collaboration happens primarily during EST hours. What You’ll Do - Analyze client data to identify trends, correlations, anomalies, and predictive opportunities - Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models across a variety of use cases - Select appropriate statistical and ML approaches, experiment with alternatives, and optimize model performance - Prepare and process data for modeling, including cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering - Integrate ML solutions into client systems in partnership with engineering teams - Monitor models for drift, bias, and accuracy over time and adjust as needed - Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders in a clear, compelling way - Participate in discovery sessions to understand client objectives and data landscapes - Support sales and pre-sales by helping scope machine learning opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional RDA project teams throughout implementation cycles Qualifications - 3–8+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning (including model selection, training, tuning, evaluation, and deployment in production environments) - Strong Python Expertise with common ML libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) - Solid foundation in statistical modeling and predictive analytics, including experience with data wrangling and feature engineering - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure ML Studio and Microsoft Fabric - Experience building and deploying ML solutions in cloud environments and working across diverse business domains - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience - Helpful skills include consulting background; data visualization experience; and LLM-based or AI agent solution experience Benefits - If you enjoy solving open-ended business problems with data and working directly with stakeholders to shape solutions, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact. - You’ll work across a variety of domains, explore new datasets, and bring clarity to complex challenges, applying machine learning in ways that move ideas from concept into production.

Location: Remote. We're seeking candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones, given we collaborate during East Coast hours. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business owners to clarify their requirements for the strategy, design, and implementation of digital solutions spanning content management, commerce, custom application development and related integrations such as DAM, CRM, CDP, PIM, etc. - Extract business rules from code to review with business users. - Explore the current system to decipher the intricate mapping of screens. - Develop and communicate a product vision and strategy aligned with business goals. - Partner with client Product Owners on product roadmap and backlog management. - Partner with business leads and SMEs to enhance systems and support operational changes, identifying business and technical gaps. - Document key business processes and workflows. - Prioritize features and tasks based on business priorities and user needs. - Prepare business requirements documents, use cases, and systems interaction diagrams, ensuring consistency in requirements and deliverables. - Facilitate alignment between end-user requirements and system capabilities. - Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team, clarifying business requirements, resolving issues, and making recommendations as needed. - Review and approve functional design deliverables to ensure business requirements are met. - Collaborate with development teams to understand the impact of architecture on business decisions. - Create detailed test cases using development specifications and analyze results; support user acceptance testing through test planning and execution of test scenarios and scripts. - Develop training documentation and deliver training as needed to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the solution. - Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing opportunities and challenges in a timely manner. - Collaborate with a top-tier team of strategists, business analysts, engineers, architects, creatives, and UX talent. - Enjoy challenges and seek growth with a rapidly evolving team. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst working with stakeholders, strategists, technical PMs, developers and architects on website enhancements or custom builds in an Agile environment. Consulting experience and Bachelor's degree preferred. - Experience running workshops, writing user stories to meet business requirements, mapping and analyzing data, and assisting with QA testing. - Experience working with headless/composable CMS/DXP platforms, Sitecore preferred. - Helpful skills include experience with other types of solutions (Custom App Dev, Customer Data Platforms, Digital Asset Management, etc.). - U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
