• Partner with executive leadership to define, operationalize, and track strategic initiatives. • Translate organizational goals into clear operational plans, timelines, and measurable KPIs. • Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process improvements across departments. • Drive business process reengineering and lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives. • Collaborate across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, Professional Services, and Product Engineering to align operations with business needs. • Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance insights to support leadership decision-making. • Manage, coach, and develop business analysts and operations specialists.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience across business operations, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
- Experience working within SaaS environments (FinTech preferred).
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; proficiency with Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
