Strategy and Business Operations Lead
MUTT DATA
• Enhance Revenue Retention and Growth by supporting renewal, upsell, and cross-sell of client accounts. • Drive Operational Improvement by collaborating in defining and refining methodologies and proposing data-driven improvements. • Support Leadership by working closely with the COO and CEO on company-wide initiatives and preparing reports and presentations. • Collaborate with Leadership providing support on strategic initiatives and problem-solving challenges as they arise.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Consulting, or similar roles
- Strong business acumen with experience in revenue growth (upsell, cross-sell, retention)
- Experience building business cases, client proposals, and presentations
- Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders (C-level exposure is a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
